Auditions

The Roberts Community Theatre Board is looking forward to welcoming actors for our upcoming auditions for JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT.  Our organization strives to put on quality shows within a professional environment. Audition Information for ages 16 and up:

Auditions will be held Wednesday, September 18 and Thursday, September 19 at the Hale Auditorium at Roberts Wesleyan University.  You only need to attend one audition date.

5:45PM Registration        6:15PM Auditions

What to Prepare:
Those auditioning are asked to prepare a 90 second cut of a musical theatre song that shows off their range and acting skills. An accompanist will be provided—NO A CAPPELLA auditions. In addition, there will be some acting work as well.

Callbacks will be held on:

Saturday, September 21 at 9:00AM. Those asked to come back for callbacks will be asked to prepare music from the show. There will also be a dance audition as well. A choreography audition video will be posted on our Facebook page and website by September 1 to prepare for the callback.  Please come dressed accordingly- wear loose clothing and footwear you’re comfortable moving in.

Audition Information for the Children’s Choir for ages 8-15:

Auditions will be held Tuesday, September 24 in Hale Auditorium at Roberts Wesleyan University.  Any children auditioning do not need to prepare anything.  We will be teaching a song for the auditions.
